The core mission of the Project Management Office Team Leader is to guard one of the company’s brand promises, Operational Excellence, by overseeing the optimal assignment of talent to projects, delivering internal tools that enable data-driven decision making and introducing processes enabling smooth collaboration between departments.

What are the duties of a Project Management Office Team Leader?
- overseeing a team of PMO specialists,
- overseeing the optimal assignment of talent to projects,
- delivering internal tools that enable data-driven decision making and introducing processes enabling smooth collaboration between departments,
- overseeing the security aspects of the organisation,
- managing the internal support team,
- developing a plan for educational activities for the PMO team,
- gathering and implementing feedback,
- one-on-one meetings, motivating and coaching PMO team members,
- keeping an eye on new PMO-related solutions and IT trends,
- sharing knowledge with the rest of the PMO team,
- tracking progress and measuring the productivity of the whole team.
We want you to come on board if you have:
- minimum two years experience as a PM or PMO Specialist,
- minimum two years experience in leading a team of PMs or PMOs,
- experience in coaching and building a team-development strategy from scratch,
- ability to gather feedback, evaluate it and set key goals,
- entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated the ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment,
- experience in using Salesforce and providing day to day analysis of data critical to human capital allocation;
- excellent command of written and spoken English and Polish (minimum C1),
- proactive approach and strive for excellence,
- strong critical thinking abilities, analytical skills and high level of assertiveness,
- faultless communication and interpersonal skills,
- outstanding organisational skills and confidence in managing complex tasks,
- the ability to react quickly to rapid changes and effectively manage your time,
- the ability to work full time.
