During this pandemic and until further updates , this role will be remote based ( from your home within Poland) and you will be supplied with the relevant equipment to carry out your role. Once we have further updates , we will cascade accordingly and will return back to the office once safe to do so!
We are very excited to announce this position, in our expanding team! This position is to become an Administration Assistant to the Project Management team.
- Assist Management with their requests and task assignments
- Adhere to company security procedures and escalate perceived breaches to supervisor
- Apply and comply with company policies and procedures
- Ensure that project administration and related documentation is accurate and up to date
- Ensure that time management data is accurate and up to date
- Validate and monitor time management system
- Verify that staff evaluation is completed as per deadline and follow up with Project Manager accordingly
- Assist in the organisation of on-site reviews or Client visits
- Organise and assist in the organisation of business trips (client visits, conferences, events, etc.)
- Organise and assist in the organisation of team events
- Track and document time spent on project(s)
- Assist in taking appropriate action(s) based on negative trends identified in ESAT Surveys
- Assist in the organisation of Apprenticeship program/on-site testing
- Assist with internal recruitment (set up interview dates, hours and resolve scheduling conflicts)
- Assist in identifying team members who are eligible for a salary review
- Assist in collecting data for incident reporting (i.e. power outage)
- Assist in preparing / collating information for presentations
- Any other task that would be appropriate to the role
