Capgemini Infrastructure Services is one of the biggest outsourcing service providers in Poland. Position purpose
This role ensures that business needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of management information solutions in response to agreed requirements. The project lead will be responsible for setup and execution of MI platform, allowing Service Organization to achieve Projects and Programme goals.
Main accountabilities
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Ensure that project meets it’s deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Ensures all project commitments are met, and monitors and reports on progress to senior management, sponsor
• Analyze data and tools deployed globally and recommend solutions for streamlining management information processes
• Produce Projects and Programmes Pipeline reports, liaise with data owners and act where necessary as data owner to improve granularity and accuracy according to stakeholder needs
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in service environment
• Experience in Project Management
• Excellent analytical & technical skills, strong Leadership skills; planning and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation, must be able to demonstrate a level maturity while under constant pressure from the business and technology community
• Good English with effective business communication skills
• Very good knowledge one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish would be an advantage
• Detail oriented, ability to quickly recognize and solve problems
• Experience with MS Office in presenting management information
• Experience in Excel and reporting, ideally VB programming
• Certification: Prince 2, PMI. For internal candidates Engagement Management
