Requirements:
- Project or Process Management experience in an international environment
- Knowledge of Project Management tools and methodologies
- Preferably experience in HR processes
- Preferably knowledge of HR IT technologies and systems
- Fluent English language
- Very good German language
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Budget, change and risk management
- High flexibility and customer focus
- Availability for frequent travel
Responsibilities:
- Steering of the local implementation project(s) and accountability for project(s) targets (budget, time, quality)
- Coordination of all local project(s) activities including alignment with parallel roll-out projects for different companies in different countries/regions
- Allocation and coordination of internal project(s) resources including also provider management
- Monitoring of the project(s) progress and project(s) budget
- Communication & presentation of the project(s) progress to the client and the global project management
- Quality management: safeguarding of quality management measures jointly with the client(s) and the selected IT Provider
- Knowledge-management: safe guarding of a comprehensive project(s); process documentation and knowledge transfer between simultaneous implementation projects and in the transfer to routine
- Risk management: identification and evaluation of project risks and suitable counteractive measures
