Position purpose
Provides full support to the Program/Project Managers in their role of Program/Project Delivery in the provision of project schedule, cost and finance information to aid the Program/Project control and monitoring.
Will work within a structured team environment with some having line management responsibilities.
Job description
- Monitors schedules and communicates with team to make sure deadlines are met and team know their scope and responsibilities;
- Works on the Overall Project Schedule and Provide status updates;
- Develops, Designs and Establishes reporting standards;
- Creates reports to track the progress of all the projects;
- Monitors and Reviews Budget Report;
- Develops communication Plan for the Project;
- Assists Project Manager / Programme Manager in collecting and documenting business requirements;
- Manages communication across the project team, i.e. change in Schedule or any other Key Project Updates;
- Attends project meetings and take meeting notes;
- Uses existing tools to track & monitor activities;
- Collaborates closely with the Project team;
- Full accurate and on time execution of standard Project Management processes.
Requirements
- Must have experience with MS Office;
- Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral);
- Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Motivated, reliable self-starter
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Any project management certification / training would be an advantage;
- Experience with tools like MS Projects / Smartsheet would be an advantage;
