We are currently looking for Candidates for ourClient for the following position:
Program Management Office Specialist
Miejsce pracy: dolnośląskie/ Wrocław

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining theProgram Portal and schedule Program communications meetings
- Supporting aportfolio of strategic and regulatory programs
- Delivering theProgram's key work products, developing the standards
- Working with Programteam to ensure Programme Risks and Issues are being managed and maintained
- Running Program onand off-boarding process
- Providing support forPlanning, Change Control and Financial Management proceses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or equivalent degree
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Experience of working in project management, project management office, business change initiatives
- Very strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to write clear, concise business comunication
- Client focused, well organized, positive attitude and keen to learn
- Ability to work with the documentation, perform tasks independently
- Strong attention to details
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Project management related certification or training will be an asset
