Established software provider and technological partner for many companies globally, looks for a Professional who will be dealing with systems, tools and customer relationships:
Production Monitoring Analyst
Wroclaw, city centre
Salary range: 7000 - 9000 pln gross
Tasks:
- perform proactive monitoring to minimize service disruptions and impact to end users
- document, assign, and follow-up of server and network issues and outages
- timely escalation of service interruptions
- provide incident documentation for incident trending and root cause analysis
- develop new processes to improve monitoring functions and effectiveness
- collaborate with all Business Innovation teams as required to resolve daily issuess
- assist in knowledge sharing within the team and create or update knowledge base articles
- comply with policies, practices and procedures
- maintain positive customer relationships
- collaborate with other technical teams to maintain 24x7 support and continuity of services

Requirements:
- minimum 2-3 years of experience supporting and monitoring network systems, servers or storage (preferably in Support Delivery Center or Network Operations Center)
- experience in configuring and monitoring VMWare clusters (preferably in high-availability environments)
- business background in Microsoft Server operating systems, Sql DB and Cisco network devices
- understanding of key network monitoring protocols including SNMP, NetFlow, WMI, syslog etc.
- being reliable and highly dedicated to work in international company
- ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- ability to analyze, prioritize and solve problems in a timely manner
- strong attention to detail.
We will especially welcome:
- Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications (CCNA, MCITP, etc.)
- broad experience using a variety of monitoring and ticket management tools.
