Production Manager

One of Poland's largest distillers of a number of speciality Vodka's is enjoying major success and is therefore increasing their management by employing a Production Manager to report to the Production Director. The chief responsibilities will be: to provide leadership and direction to bottling and technical staff management teams; maximising production output, efficiency/OEE, production quality, safety and hygiene whilst minimising the cost of production. In addition to lead the implementation of superior leading initiatives for continuous improvement (Lean, TPM) There is an extensive necessity to unsure that the manufacturing process is highly efficient in terms of output, cost and quality, exercising influence on all areas within the business ibn order to achieve these goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a similar position for at least five years. They will be self sufficient and abundance of initiative, a problem solving attitude, strong decision making and planning skills and be an inspirational motivator. There is a salary of up to 12000 zloty per month plus a car – for an exceptional person the salary could be considerably increased. CVs must be in English.
