You’ll be providing Sabre clients (travel agents) with awesome customer service related to our software products and be a key team-member in building long-lasting relationships with them. This includes responding to customer inquiries, analyzing problems using diagnostic tools, recommending solutions to customer application questions, and always looking for new ways to improve Sabre support.

Professional fluency in 2 languages written and spoken English AND Hungarian/OR/Czech/OR/Romanian/OR/Bulgarian/OR/Greek/OR French

Excellent telephone manner & written skills to respond and resolve customer problems with courtesy

Excellent customer service skills & preferably experience in the Call Center/Customer Service environment

Proficiency in using computer software products and working knowledge of Internet usage.

Ability to analyze problems, identify key pain-points and make decisions to solve problems.

Experience with travel distribution/reservation systems (GDS – like Sabre, Gallileo, Amadeus)

Experience working in a travel agency and/or airlines
