For our client, the global leader in door opening solutions, dedicated to satisfying end-user needs for security, safety and convenience, we are looking for Product Support Engineer.
Tasks:
- Reproducing customer issues
- Trouble shooting
- Debugging, analyzing and coordinating customer support cases
- Acting as a bridge between the customer and the development team
- Being an important source of customer feedback towards both the development team and the Product Owner
- International traveling will be required up to 4 weeks per year
- Training and visiting our customers might also be one of the tasks that you will perform as a member of the team
Skills:
- Java (SE, EE) and C
- MSSQL, Transact-SQL
- Tomcat , JBoss AS, Apache
- IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, Maven, SVN, Git
- Web Services (SOAP, REST)
- Kanban
- JIRA
- PKI, SSL/TLS, 3DES, AES
