ABB Ability covers a portfolio of digital solutions and services that, thanks to the combination of specialized knowledge, advanced communications and the latest digital technologies, enable our clients to improve operational efficiency and productivity on an unprecedented scale. A person employed on this position will be responsible for creating and implementing a market strategy as well as sales and marketing of products from the ABB Ability portfolio.
Tasks:
- Distribution of ABB's global strategy developed for the ABB Ability digital portfolio in the Robotics Division and Drive Systems on the Polish market;
- Sales of products and services from ABB's digital offer to clients of various industries and sectors;
- Initiating, coordinating and assisting in the development of sales and marketing plans for the digital offer of the Robotics Division and Drive Systems on the Polish market;
- Initiating and coordinating the development of market analyzes in order to identify the most favorable areas of activity for the company;
- Cooperation with key clients and development of sales plans in relation to market potential;
- Participation in promotional and marketing campaigns promoting modern methods of remote customer support from ABB's digital service portfolio;
- Intensive acquisition of new clients and maintaining and developing business contacts with existing contractors in Poland, in particular in the area of service contracts based on remote monitoring;
- Consolidation of the digital offer and expectations of the Robotics Division and Drive Systems;
- Implementation of digital solutions in the structure of the Division.

Key requirements:
- Higher technical education (preferred faculties: automation and robotics, computer science, machine building, electronics, electrical engineering);
- Good knowledge of modern Internet technologies, data processing, directions of their development;
- Experience in sale of services in the field of automation, IT, electronics, electrical engineering, robotics will be an additional asset;
- Very good knowledge of English allowing free communication in an international environment;
- Ease in learning about modern technologies and technical solutions;
- Ability to build good business relationships;
- Driving license. B;
- Readiness for frequent business trips;
- Ability to plan and think strategically;
- Organizational skills.
