Your role

- as business responsible assures efficient operation of credit processes and systems,
- brings in his/her knowledge as product and process manager over the entire credit product lifecycle (innovation, continuous development and maintenance),
- actively works in projects, acts as process and system consultant for product management and is the interface between our department and our IT partners,
- prepares business cases, specifications, presentations and further decision-making basis.
Your team
You work in Wroclaw for the Zurich based department Lending Solutions and will be integrated via modern communication technology to a highly motivated team. Lending Solutions builds the interface between Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk and IT and covers a broad range of interesting and variable tasks: product and process development, alignment with stakeholders as well as realization of key projects that have a strategic importance for the company.
Your experience and skills
You have
- a very good degree in finance or similar,
- min. 3 years of relevant working experience, ideally in a financial institution in a similar position,
- a good understanding of credit products and processes (mortgages, corporate loans, Lombard),
- experience in project management and in the function of a project team member,
- a high affinity to IT and technical innovations and you are experienced in working with IT professionals
- good analytical skills and an conceptual approach, as well as the skill to gain fast knowledge about complex topics,
- very good communication skills in German and English,
- very good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel, Access is advantageous).
You are
- structured, goal-oriented and have a precise working method,
- reliable and can prioritize your tasks well,
- you are able to work independently and in an international environment and have an entrepreneurial mindset,
- willing to work in a team and proactive to offer your support.
