Your team:
Procurement Services Center (PSC) based in Łódź, Poland, is part of global Philips Lighting Procurement organization performing sourcing and procurement activities for (indirect) goods and services for the company worldwide.
PSC acts on behalf of the Philips Lighting businesses, handling defined steps in the purchasing process – from demand analysis to final delivery. PSC delivers value added services by leveraging economies of scale, globalizing processes and simplifying the ways of working, while delivering superior purchasing experiences by listening and acting on our customers’ feedback.
Your challenge & responsibilities:

Coordinating activities ensuring that all Philips Lighting products are in full compliance with the Philips Lighting Supplier Sustainability programs for Hazardous Substances and Conflict Minerals, as per given KPIs

Coordinate Supplier Sustainability programs aimed at development of sustainable behavior of suppliers, currently the carbon disclosure program, as per given KPIs

Seekingand implementing improvements of the processes and procedures

Taking part in the creation of program development plans

Support the program management in data analysis for the sustainability programs, performing all required analysis for progress reporting, trend analysis, and program results
-
Close cooperation and ensuring high quality performance of Philips Lighting third party provider, actively participating and contributing to the success of the program (ensure training sessions, take corrective actions if required, make sure that teams are acting according to processes and within agreed timeliness). The third party provider is responsible for delivering the following tasks in the programs:

Check the quality of all incoming declarations and information provided by selected suppliers with maximum attention on details.

Implementation of supplier queries and issues with regards to the programs

Implementation of suppliers’ communication (trainings, follow up, progress monitoring, distribution of invitations letters, annexes)

Support in the development of communication materials for suppliers and other stakeholders

Facilitate knowledge exchange between involved teams;

Ensure proper communication to project stakeholders

Yearly set up of proposals new supply base for mentioned programs aligned with Philips Lighting Supplier Sustainability team and Procurement Program Manager

Proactive behavior to improve processes and procedures aligned with Philips Lighting Supplier Sustainability team and Procurement Program Manager

Communication with Philips Lighting Sustainability team and Philips Lighting Procurement Program Manager about improvements and follow up

Monthly reporting on KPIs related to mentioned programs

Involvement if possible in and external audits

Coaching of and cooperation with Infosys teams(team members and team leaders) of Poland and China resulting in improved processes/procedures with motivated/stimulated people
Your experience:

Graduate with Bachelor or Master degree

Fluent English is a must (both orally and in writing)
-
Knowledge of other languages (e.g. Spanish, Dutch, French, Chinese) would be an asset
Proven experience in coordinating Supplier Sustainability programs for Hazardous Substances and Conflict Minerals would be an asset

Experience in implementing improvements of the processes and procedures; taking part in the creation of program development plans

Customer orientation with ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner

Ability to inspire commitment, engage, communicate and influence virtually

Developed analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail

Computer literacy essential and experience in MS office applications (Excel is a must)
