BPO employs over 3400 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.
To our BPO Center in Kraków we are looking for a Manager with a strong Procurement expertise to join our team of solution managers responsible for creating tailored business solutions for our BPO potential new Clients as well as developing proposals for our existing Clients.
This role is a part of the wider Product and Deal Structuring Team situated globally.The main purpose of the role is to take part in development and evolving of our Procurement services by actively participating in solution building, presenting solutions to Clients and to influence product development within the area of Procurement.
This is also an exciting opportunity to gain new knowledge within the other areas of our expertise (e.g. Finance & Accounting and HR processes and solutions) while cooperating with Solution Managers on different projects dedicated to our Clients.

- Developing end-to-end offers and proposals in Procurement solution area
- Leading Procurement solutions for potential and existing Clients
- Developing existing offerings to the Clients within Procurement area
- Building innovative solutions by leveraging Capgemini assets
- Supporting Product Development Team in Procurement area
- Collaborating with Sales and Deal Shaping Communities to develop a winning strategy
- Procurement background and expertise – global corporation, BPO/SSC or consulting branch
- Ability to influence at senior business levels
