Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable subjects
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Fluent German (written and spoken)
  • Extensive relevant international working experience in the shared service industry in multinational organizations in Procurement area
  • Knowledge of process automation tools and concepts
  • Competence in innovation management and KPI-methods
  • Competence in standardization methods, tools and process management
  • Experience in process transition will be an asset
  • Excellent communication and co-operation skills
  • Ability to lead or collaborate in job related projects
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

  • Define delivery model according to target costs (make or buy by process)
  • Define location Strategy & policies
  • Align process strategy (with process owner)
  • Conduct cost and performance benchmarking
  • Define knowledge management capability
  • Define organizational set-up for all location (including key job profiles)
  • Define consumer experience
  • Plan transition and transformation
  • Assess & validate requirements
  • Define input, output and interfaces with process owner and line manager
  • Forecast volume of customer/ consumer requests
  • Plan capacities  & resources
  • Define scope of work
