Your Profile
- Strong communication in English, French or German (B2+/C1)
- Ownership to take responsibility for results

- Stress-resistant
- Microsoft Office (sufficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with an ERP system (SAP, Dynamics)
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in International Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain (extramural students are also welcome)
- Experience in a Customer Service or Supply Chain environment environment

Main Responsibilities
- Receiving and analyzing purchase requests from customers
- Purchase Order processes
- Managing submitting Sales Quotation and receiving Sales Order processes
- Managing expediting and delivery processes
- Structured and secure data towards global ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV)
