Gathers, interprets, and evaluates financial information, including past financial data and short- to long-term financial forecasts. Supports business or operations functions and may analyze data at country, business unit, or product levels.

Procurement Finance Analyst provides finance support to Motorola Procurement organization that
sources in supplies required to manufacture products, provide services to Motorola’s employees or customers.
• Cost management (spend and savings) weekly analysis and reporting.
• Compliance weekly reporting.
• Spend and savings monthly close analysis and reporting .
• Ongoing manual savings analysis and reporting.
• Product commodity/base cost management.
• Budget management, analysis, and reporting.
• Working closely with the regional teams to meet savings goals.
• Accounts reconciliation.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis as requested from management and operational teams.
• Taking part in process improvement initiatives
• University degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1-3 years of demonstrable finance experience
• Team player
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude
• Knowledge of US GAAP an advantage
• ACCA/CIMA or similar and advantage
• Excellent Excel skills
• Ability to learn new IT systems and applications quickly
