Procurement Administrator – Partner Management

Your Task
As Procurement Administrator within Partner Management, you will be searching the world for adequate partners supporting the project teams by collaborating with our partner companies. In your role you will ensure the cost-effective assignment of high quality partners onto our global projects.
- Searching and communicating with partners from around the world (e.g. negotiating the prices, clarifying details of contracts)
- Provide support in building and maintaining our partner database
- Support project management in preparing Excel reports
- Working with our internal ERP system
