For our Client – international company operating in airline industry we are currently looking for experienced finance professionals to join start up Operating Centre in Krakow.
The purpose of the role is to be the single point of contact for for the group and be accountable for managing global Purchase to Pay operations and teams across the operating companies
Establish the governance of end to end global processes that meet to ensure seamless delivery of payment services that meet or exceed customer expectations
Manage the global process relationships between the Operating Companies, OC and the BPO
Champion a process-improvement culture and lead initiatives to centralise and harmonise end-to-end PTP processes across the group, managing financial risk and adhering to internal and external compliance obligations
Working on this position you will manage effective working relationships and communication between the OC, BPO and Operating Companies to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of services that exceed expectations and establish the governance of Procure to Pay processes to ensure compliance with internal controls and external legal and regulatory obligations. Also the role is to ensure compliance with Procure to Pay applications user access, establish and manage Procure to Pay business resilience plans and manage Source to Pay team across the group, as well as initiate and attend meetings with BPO and operating company leadership
On top of governance, the role is to lead and champion a process improvement culture, identifying ways in which group processes can be harmonized and improved to increase payment performance and reduce risk, while accommodating operating company requirements.
It is to develop proposals for the design and build of new group finance processes and procedures, systems and reporting, providing leadership and strict guidance to meet business needs and requirements, as well as identify opportunities for quick wins and continuous improvement across the group processes
We are looking for Candidates with in depth understanding of end to end procure to strategies, particularly as they relate to accounts payable and contract management, extensive knowledge of global business compliance and regulatory context as well as ability to manage people and projects in a fast-paced global environment with tight deadlines, finite resources and conflicting priorities.
You will need a strong customer focus, committed to exceeding customer expectations and continuous improvement, as well as excellent sponsorship and stakeholder management skills across a diverse geographic region and at multiple levels, with the gravitas to engage with and
You need to have at least 5 years managing end to end global processes as a corporate shared services leader or as a process leader in a business. Additionally you will need experience managing large scale financial transformation projects in a fast-paced, complex global organisation with finite resources
