Process & Training Specialist

- Act as an expert on tools and processes
- Create and update work instructions and process documentation
- Active (or leading) role in team projects or Support Center projects
- Act as an escalation point for questions and challenging enquiries
- Mentoring/ training of new hires
- Quality reviews with (junior) team members, phone calls, emails, chats & leads
- Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house)
- Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc)
- Provide soft skills & tool trainings
- Design and prepare educational materials
- Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Excellent English & one of the other supported languages
- Sales related and/ or customer oriented experience preferred
- Interest for IT related products and solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, including listening, negotiating and influencing
- Calm and assured manner with the ability to work well under pressure either as an individual or as part of a team
- High level of motivation with a will to succeed
