Requirements:

  • Experience in mapping business processes
  • Knowledge in analyzing the processes
  • Familiarity with the Finance Processes will be an advantage.
  • Project Management experience will be an advantage
  • Experience in using BPM tools preferably Metastorm ProVision/Visio
  • Fluent English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Customer orientation
  • Readiness to travel

Responsibilities:

  • The LGBS Process Mapping Specialist is responsible for mapping the LH & Group Company processes E2E and documents the same using ProVision
  • He/ she will be responsible for Understanding the Business processes E2E
  • Running workshops with the customer face to face to familiarize with the current “as is process (Leading Interview sessions)
  • Consulting our Internal Customers to document and publish the E2E processes (Business Process Modeling)
  • Mapping business interaction, communications, product and system hierarchy, organization, process, workflow, etc.
  • Providing Process Solution for the customer as needed process
  • Improving and standardizing implementation methodologies & customer interface touch points
  • Partnership management with critical biz partners
  • Consulting the Internal Customers to identify Best-Shoring opportunities and provide a lead to the LGBS Service Management
