Requirements:
- University diploma or equivalent (Business / Finance / Economy)
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in accounting/finance
- Practical knowledge of operations in R2R
- Good understanding of single entity closing processes with IFRS knowledge
- Very good command of English
- Good command of German will be a plus
- IT affiliated with strong SAP FI knowledge
- Experience in implementing R2R IT Solution (i.e. Runbook) will be an asset
- Strong coordination and co-operation skills
- Ability to deliver project deadlines, project management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly independent and systematic approach to work
- Analytical and conceptual mindset
- Customer orientation Intercultural competence
- International travel required up to 20%
Responsibilities:
- Support process management finance (R2R) in group-wide steering, development, standardization, harmonization and optimization of the processes
- Development of common process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements
- Design, implementation and updating of the processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with lower costs and higher productivity
- Developing to-be processes with implementation of Runbook for group companies with focus in Period
- Closing and Reconciliation
- Defining Monitoring concept by using Runbook
- Ensuring a timely and qualitative Runbook implementation according to project plan
- Managing system configuration, testing and roll-out of Runbook scenarios for Group companies
- Ensuring stable transition as well as promoting continuous improvement and further automation by utilising Runbook functions
- Managing training for end users in operations and first level support
- Be responsible for routine maintenance of master data and configuration of Runbook scenarios
- Be responsible for future ongoing roll-out of Runbook within Company Group
