Requirements:

  • University diploma or equivalent •
  • Very good command of English
  • Practical knowledge of operations
  • Knowledge of Process Management (process improvement, gaining efficiency) and Project Management • SAP FI/MM experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and co-operation skills
  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Customer orientation and intercultural competence
  • Openness to international travel (up to 20%)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the design, implementation and updating of the Global Process Management Strategy for all processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with lower cost and higher productivity •
  • Helping to develop Product portfolio •
  • Supporting in development and implementation best-practice process strategies for all categories in scope in line agreed saving targets as well as best practice process strategies •
  • Defining and for the company wide steering, development, standardization, harmonization and improvement of end-to-end processes in scope •
  • Support for process design and risk
  • •Assuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Defining and developing Key Performance Indicators •
  • Ensuring formal process documentation •
  • Developing the service catalogue •
  • Identifying the roadmap to migrate from AS-Is to the To-Be Environment
  • Heading projects or initiating and steering projects •
  • Demanding management towards LGBS IT (Translate process change into IT requirements, preliminary analysis, development of business concepts together with IT)
