Process Improvements and Internal Controls Analyst

Requirements:
- Higher education in accounting/finance and/or experience in these areas
- Experience in Shared Service or Outsourcing Centre environment
- Very good command of English
- Proven experience in process improvement and optimisation
- Good project management skills (experience in project leading and training people will be an asset)
- Knowledge of SOX requirements and / or experience with audit (internal or external) will be an advantage
- Process transition experience will be an asset
- Working experience with MS Office and ERP system (Oracle or SAP)
- Good knowledge of Excel and /or Access will be an advantage
- ERP (Oracle/SAP) implementation support experience will be welcomed
- Analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving
- Good communication, team work and organizing skills
Responsibilities:
- Driving process improvements initiatives analysis of business processes, identifying areas for process improvements
- Seeking opportunities for process optimization and standardization, project managing agreed improvements and initiatives, implementing adequate changes
- Ensuring sound and effective internal controls are in place across EMEA region
- Supporting and project managing Migration Plans - identifying and highlighting risks and areas for improvement to ensure efficient and successful migration
- Ensuring that current processes documentation is maintained
- Preparing and reviewing the performance measurements (KPIs) for all departments within Herbalife Finance and Operations Service Centre in Krakow
- Ensuring local and regional compliance with Corporate Policies and procedures
- Organizing / conducting trainings in related areas mentioned above
