Process Improvements and Internal Controls Analyst

Requirements:
- Higher education in accounting/finance and/or proven experience in these areas
- Experience in Shared Service or Outsourcing Centre environment, people & change management as well as working in a multicultural, international environment, understanding of relevant regional accounting practices and the regulatory environment
- Process Improvement attitude, open to identify space for process changes
- Very good command of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in managing projects is desirable
- Passion for innovation, customer obsession, driving for results
- Very good leadership skills, communicative, team orientated, with analytical thinking, patient, paying attention to the details, well organized
- Taking ownership and responsibility of outstanding issues and queries
Responsibilities:
- Being part of the Internal Control and Process team supporting all processes of all countries in EMEA
- Driving all process improvements initiatives – analyzing/auditing of business processes, identify process improvements
- Seeking opportunities for process optimization and standardization. Once approved by relevant stake holders, implement changes and project manage necessary improvements & initiatives
- Active promotion of process improvement culture in EMEA FOSC and other EMEA entities
- Supporting the business in identification process improvement opportunities
- Registering, monitoring and reporting on the status of the projects in scope of the IC&PI function
- Ensure that all current process documentation are maintained
- Prepare and review the performance measurements (KPIs) for all departments within FOSC
- Support in establishing and subsequent maintenance of SLA/Partnership Agreements between FOSC and service recipients\
- Be responsive and actively involved into other assignments in scope of IC&PI, as requested and agreed with the manager Organize and Conduct training in related areas mentioned above
- Willingness to travel as the function requires and demands
