What the day will look like:
- Business Process Mapping
- Ongoing analysis to enhance process and tackle any system inefficiencies
- Ensures solutions design and functional specifications are delivered according to agreement
- Liaise with management to coordinate process improvement project activities
- Inspect effectiveness of active process improvement initiatives and make useful recommendations
- Workshop facilitation with respective Stakeholders and SMEs
- Collect information and evaluate them in the alignment of project goals and organization goals
- Provide detailed reports indicating system necessities and functions in terms of operation.
- Develops and implements continuous improvement projects
- Participate in annual planning
- Maintain and report financial and operational risks and opportunities

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Full fluency in business English and French
- Experience of working in Operations, Finance or Project Management roles across a global organization
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to initiate, grow and maintain strong working relationships at all levels including executive sponsors, business leaders, subject matter experts and other key stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Takes personal responsibility for solving problems
- High levels of personal motivation and a strong work ethic
- University degree educated
- Have good knowledge of business modeling terminology
- Have experience in business process designs and facilitation
- Proven continuous improvement experience
- Showcase good analytical and evaluating skills
