As the company is constantly growing, we are looking for a talented PR & Comms Specialist. The aim of the role is to drive PR & Communication activities in Poland and building brand credibility in the local PL Market.
Key Duties:
- Building close relations with the local communities in the country,
- Close monitoring of Solar energy market in Poland and other SIG market countries,
- Coordinating Public Relations and marketing campaigns in Poland,
- Supporting digital communication team based in Lithuania,
- Reviewing, preparing, and implementing strategies and tactical plans,
- Supporting HR department in Employer Branding & Communication activities,
- Managing the work of external partners in Poland,
- Helping the global communication team with copywriting,
- Monitoring the marketing and communication budget for the Country.
Key Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar position,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Polish and English),
- Experience in working with communities (especially in Poland),
- Understanding of the renewable energy market,
- Project management skills,
- Goal-problem solving-oriented mindset.
