For our Client, an international production company located in Cracow area, we are currently looking for experienced Portfolio Manager.
The main purpose of this role is to manage the European Portfolio from a programme/portfolio support and project controlling perspective. You will be directly engaged in driving local portfolios by reviewing, tracking and reporting on project cost savings, safeguarding robust portfolio as well as ensure programme and project governance.
While working on this position you will be responsible for assisting in assessment on organizational needs and valuation from a customer and process perspective, leading the development of standardized Enterprise Excellence reporting and design reporting requirements. You will coordinate annual cost savings budgeting, prepare monthly reports and analysis as well as develop cost benefits analysis and return on investment cases for individual projects. What is more, your duties will include conducting workshops and ensure proper communication throughout organization.
As an ideal candidate you should hold approximately 10 years of experience in consulting or Big Four accounting firm. We are looking for candidates with solid programme/portfolio management skills (including sponsor and risk management) along with previous experience in financial analysis and business planning. Advanced Excel skills are a must along with proficiency in DMAIC and Lean tool sets. To be successful on this position you should be a fluent English speaker with outstanding analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
