Portfolio Management Officer

Main accountabilities
- Plan meetings with Project managers and BPO Finance
- Prepare monthly progress reports and follow up Project Managers to deliver these in time
- Keep Project Portfolio Dashboard up to date regarding the project lifecycle
- Work together with BPO Finance to get actuals and open accruals in time and align on financial deadlines
- Prepare monthly financial forecasting
- Create monthly Management Reporting to stakeholders
- Create monthly report for the Service Desk
- Create Resource Capacity overview
- Keep project assignments, “hired resources” list, and “Capgemini vs Sogeti resources” list up to date
- Prepare regular Delivery Excellence meetings to improve the quality of ITICS North projects
Requirements
- Must have excellent Excel skills and basic experience with VBA will be an advantage
- Basic Clarity skills - nice to have
- Speak, read and write English fluently
- Experience with multiple cultures is an advantage, especially work experience with India
- We need a pro-active person with strong interpersonal skills who can work independently. There is a lot of freedom in this role, but this also means the PMO has to be able to find out “how things work” without much support
- Well organized, excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Systematic, accurate, focused on details
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
- The PMO needs to have basic IT knowledge
- Knowledge of Prince2 is highly recommended
