Policy Administrator with Italian
Kraków

Working as an Administrator within our Italian Policy Administration Department, you will assist in delivering a high quality and effective service to the clients (insurance company, policy holders, brokers, agents, distributors). Typical activities will include onboarding new customers into the system, updating policy holder details, resolving premium allocation issues, producing annual policy statements, switches, and handling policy claims by phone, email and written letter.

 

You will be responsible for:
  • Providing a world class service by maintaining and improving service levels and delivering a right first time quality aproach

  • Ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met effectively and within standard times

  • Dealing with standard administration requests within agreed service turnaround times

  • Assisting in the preparation of a suite of standard letters, ensuring Italian standards are adhered to

  • Assisting in achieving the overall objectives of the department

You are a perfect candidate if you:
  • Hold a university degree

  • Are fluent in Italian (both spoken and written)

  • Have very good level of English (both spoken and written)

  • Have a proficiency in various software packages, including Word, Excel & Access

  • Have strong customer service skills

  • Are accurate and detail-oriented

  • Have an ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Are flexible in working hours as well as capability to multi-task

  • Have high ethical standards

  • Have an experience in the insurance industry (considered an asset)
