Capita Poland’s Krakow Business Centre was established in late 2011. We are a multi-disciplinary business process outsourcing centre set up by the Capita Group Plc. The centre provides state-of-the-art services offering employees the opportunity to work for various clients and develop expertise in a wide range of disciplines. Given our expansion plans in a number of sectors and the addition of some exciting new projects, Capita is currently recruiting for the position of:
Working within our Italian Policy Administration Department, Policy Administrator will assist in delivering a high quality and effective service to the clients (insurance company, policy holders, brokers, agents, distributors) by handling a wide variety of queries via telephone and updating systems with personal data and policy details changes based on received documentation. Typical activities would include onboarding of new customers into systems, updating policy holder’s details, resolving premium allocation issues, producing annual policy statements, switches, handling policy claims.

Providing a world class service by maintaining and improving service levels.

Ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met effectively and within standard times.

Dealing with standard administration requests within agreed service turnaround times.

Assisting in the preparation of a suite of standard letters, at all times ensuring Italian standards are adhered to.

Assisting in achieving the overall objectives of the Department.

Assisting Team Lead with key tasks to ensure smooth running of administration area.

Fluent written and spoken Italian communication skills.

Very good level of English both spoken and written.

Degree level qualified

At least 1 year experience in international corporate environment

Experience in insurance industry will be an asset.

Proficiency in various software packages, including Word, Excel & Access.
