Capita Poland’s Krakow Business Centre was established in late 2011. We are a multi-disciplinary business process outsourcing centre set up by the Capita Group Plc. Working as an Administrator within our German Policy Administration Department, you will assist in delivering a high quality and effective service to the clients (insurance company, policy holders, brokers, agents, distributors). Typical activities will include onboarding new customers into the system, updating policy holder details, resolving premium allocation issues, producing annual policy statements, switches, and handling policy claims.

Assisting in the preparation of a suite of standard letters, ensuring German standards are adhered to
