Working within our German Policy Administration Department, Policy Administrator will assist in delivering a high quality and effective service to the clients (insurance company, policyholders, brokers, agents, distributors) by handling a wide variety of queries and processing data based on received documentation. Typical activities would include introducing of new customers into systems, updating policy holder's details, resolving premium allocation issues, producing annual policy statements, switches, handling policy claims. Working with our Department is a great opportunity to obtain indispensable Insurance Industry's Know How, which will be essential for your future career.

- be in charge of supporting customers' business by administrating their requests and phone queries
- cooperate with Team Leader in order to ensure smooth running of the administration area
- be able to use your language skills in practice through the preparation of a suite of standard letters
- You easily communicate both in German and English
- You are a people person with can-do attitude
- You are self-disciplined team player
- You have a keen eye for details
- Multitasking is no problem for you
- German native speaker or at least C1 level
- English at least B2 level
- Experience in Insurance Industry would be an asset
- Computer literacy, especially proficiency in MS Office
