Your role
Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of projects? Do you have strong analytical skills? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- provide administrative support to the project manager using agreed project management methodologies
- organize team meetings and workshops
- maintain documentation for projects, including the tracking of risks, action logs and project deliverables
In your new role you will be gathering data and preparing reports for various stakeholders, including Senior Management, maintaining and updating project management reporting tools, supporting and coordinating project management tasks. What is more, you will be reporting project financials and accruals management, updating resource actuals/ forecasts and monthly reconciliation. As a Specialist , you will also need to support ad-hoc clean-up and bulk modification requests in SharePoint database, process data initial quality assurance and ensure risks and issues in processes are identified, reported and escalated as required.
Your team
You’ll be working in the Resolution and Recovery team in Krakow, which actively supports Group RRP Office. The team is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and development of UBS RRP activities and deliverables in order to fulfill regulatory requirements and track progress on regulatory commitments. It also affirms that all submissions to regulators have been subject to the appropriate level of analysis, review and approval.
Your experience and skills
You have :
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related analytical field
- Experience in project management or quality control
- Very good written and spoken English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Very good organizational and time-management skills
You are:
- Delivery focused, strong hands-on and independent, pro-active personality
- Able to understand, interpret and draw conclusions from management and financial data
Additional assets:
- Experience in SharePoint administration
- Knowledge of Visual Basic for Application
