Global Quality team is a part of Production and Supply Chain (P&SC) with presence in Denmark, Poland, USA and China.
The Project Manager role is a key for 3Shape’s PLM Strategy. As a PLM Project Manager you will make sure that all relevant stakeholders across the global organization are involved throughout the Product Lifecycle Management processes ensuring alignment and coherency.

- Drive and support the implementation of PLM system (ARAS Innovation) in P&SC.
- Close collaboration with R&D, Marketing and Product Management departments to ensure timely involvement and alignment with other key stakeholders across P&SC and Quality.
- Define, coordinate, and ensure deliverables across the P&SC and Quality departments towards the PLM project plans.
- Together with Ukrainian technical PLM team ensure constant progress within all PLM activities.
- Additionally there will be opportunities to participate in other development projects within Global Supply Chain when applicable. The projects will typically be cross-functional and part of global strategic projects where deliverables from Supply Chain plays a key role.
- You will communicate and collaborate with many different stakeholders across 3Shape, and your success will to a great extend depend on your ability to coordinate deliverables from the different stakeholders.
- Approximately 10-20 travel days per year can be expected.

- You are pragmatic, transparent, and communicative and enjoy working structured and process-oriented.

- You thrive working independently, but at the same time you are a great team player.
- Have a relevant theoretical education.
- A technical educational background within Engineering, Supply Chain .
- or Operations will be an advantage but not a requirement.
- Have several years (5+) of project management experience within a relevant field like PLM, NPI, R&D, Supply Chain or Operations.
- Be fluent in English both orally and in writing.
