Opis stanowiska
As a Plant Manger you will be responsible for:
- Manages all plant operations
- Directs all plant functions including Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Warehouse
- Maintains an order fill rate and service rate
- Constantly drive for improvements in safety, productivity and efficiencies
- Creates an environment where all departments can work together to meet their goals and objectives
- Cooperates with customers
- Creates and follow a budget and preparing profit and loss projections
- Assures prompt and accurate reporting systems on all aspects of plant operations
- Ensures system and procedures are in place to meet all customer expectations ISO TS, delivery, design cost, quality)
- Represents the company in community with trade union
- Supervises and motivates staff
Wymagania
Education and Experience reguirements:
- Mechanical or metallurgical engineering degree
- MBA study – advantage
- At least 7 years experience in Aluminium Foundry
- At least 3 years working of experience in a similar position
- Experience in automotive sector – advantage
- Knowledge of Mould Design, Mould Manufacturing and casting process
- Skills in creating reports and spreadsheets
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Analytical and methodical approach to solving problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication
- Leadership skills
- Ability to make quick decisions
- A high degree of personal integrity and confidence
