Planning and Performance Management Team Manager

Requirements:
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Fluent spoken and written English skills
- Finance and Accounting educational background required
- Experience in Office tools, SAP, BI Tools, etc.
- Willingness to take part in transition
- Certified management accounting qualification (i.e. CIMA qualification) or equivalent is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall deliverables of offshore PPM team; point of escalation
- Manage team: review and oversight over junior team members
- Responsible for delivery of timely and high quality PPM processes and products (planning and forecasting, performance reporting, expense reporting, data management)
- Support ad hoc reporting requests
- Identify financial issues and the drivers behind, support counter-measures definition and track achievement
- Collect and consolidate expense actuals and plan data to prepare forecasts and plans
- Liaise with onshore finance and BI systems and applications managers
