We are looking to recruit a talented and experienced Scheduler. Working within a project environment, the candidate will work within teams to deliver client requirements to time, budget and quality.
The Scheduler will focus on producing and updating P6 schedules for Jacobs and our clients.
- Create and maintain cost loaded, logic driven WBS elements in a Multi-Disciplinary Project Environment.
- Highlight Critical Path, Risks & Project opportunities to senior members of the Project / Programme Team.
- Communication of Project Earned Value Management figures to the Project & the wider business group Ownership of Project Schedule Review Meetings.
- Creation and Communication of Project S Curves.
- Ownership of Project Change Register Ownership of Project Programme Reporting Cycle.
- Work well with any Discipline Leads to generate a Multi-Disciplinary Programme.
- Coordinating progress and interfaces between the various project disciplines.
- Processing technical, financial and staffing information, making connections and presenting the data in the form of transparent reports and diagrams.
- Work with the PM and Risk Manager to analyse the risks associated with the project schedule so that the agreed milestones can be achieved.
- Generation of any Ad Hoc reports required.
- Good knowledge in use of Primavera P6 or MS
- Project Independent, pro-active, accurate, with strong analytical and organising skills.
- Demonstrate experience in engineering work processes and activity sequences
- Demonstrate experience in Gantt charts, Critical Path Analysis and methodology
- Demonstrate experience in using and understanding earned value progress and analysis
- Possess excellent English oral and written communication skills
