The REIWA Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) is involved in all Warehouse related data design decision-making processes, related to his/her expertise, to build the foundation of the future Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. he/she collaborates closely with the Master Data Team and participates to the data object definition, mapping, migration and validation activities. Bringing a deep expertise on S/4 Hana IM and EWM (Inventory Management and Extended Warehouse Management), the engagement and collaboration of the Global Data SME with the Local Data / Process SMEs are crucial. In the REIWA Program, he/she reports to the Warehouse Product Owner.
Your responsibilities
- Member of E2E Warehouse Stream and working with Master Data Stream
- Responsible for Plant Maintenance related master data definition together with Cluster Data SPOC (single-point-of-contact)
- Own Warehouse related Data Objects
- Collaborates with the solution delivery team to provide input on current business processes and technology solution architecture, and on requirements for the to-be state
- Supports the Change Impact Assessment and Training Needs Analysis
- Acts as an ambassador for the new solution in the global organization
- Ensure that outcomes of the global design sessions are aligned with the project global template & principles
- Participate in design workshops if required by the BL & Archetype Leader, Process Leader or Function Leader
- Analyze process and make clear recommendation to the Process Leader
- Provide process expertise and guidance to support Key Design Decision (KDD) discussions led by the Process Leader
- Support decision-making during development of MVP
- Identify areas where technical solutions would improve respective process
- Review final process defined and ensure technical solutions are correct and meet designed process
- Build a network of other experts across the different business units and functions
- Reach out to other SMEs to discuss and understand specific topics if required
- Support the harmonization of the process by enforcing the adherence to committed guiding principles of the program, especially around fit to standard approach

- Act as Third line of defense for global template reviewing and approving any new requirements coming from countries.
Your background
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Global view and thorough experience of Warehouse Master Data both in IM and EWM
- Experience in S/4 Hana IM and EWM
- Experience in the area of expertise
- Demonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert
- Experienced representing the interests and requirements of the business in an IT implementation project
- Leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce and discuss technical solution with stakeholders
- Leadership capability to establish a network of experts and animate a community (remote as well)
- Fluent in English language and good interpersonal and communication skills
