About the role:
In this position you will be responsible for solving the problems of end customers. You will be the contact point, receiving their queries, analysing and reproducing problems, passing them on and maintaining contact with the client.
Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of issues reported by customers
- Reproducing, troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
- Solving customer issues or escalating them as needed
- Interfacing between customer and professional services / engineering team
- Supporting customer on how to apply required fixes
Essential skill:
- Communicative English language
Required technical skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of PHP frameworks (Symfony)
- Practical experience with programming and scripting languages such as HTMLS, CSS, JavaScript, Bash
- Practical use of OOP, SOLID
- Understanding source code management (Git and GitHub)
- Experience in working with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac OS X) and VMWare technologies, VirtualBox
- Knowledge of testing tools (Selenium, Behat, WebDriver, XDebug, PHPUnit)
- Competence in profiling and problem solving (Firebug, Web Inspector, preferably Blackfire.io or Tideways.io)
