Phone Representative with English and German/French/Russian
Zadania:
- Provides answers, solutions and recommendations for inquires related to HR processes/procedures by utilizing solutions provided by HR SMEs. This includes, but is not limited to, phone inquiries, email/web tickets, IRS responses and walk-in inquiries. This includes follow-up/resolution of escalated tickets.
- Identify escalation trends and opportunities for process change and/or new solutions.
- Undertakes all actions required by system and updates DB continually.
- Investigate and resolve problems and provide solutions which may involve a network of resources.
- Administer/advise IT navigation of supported functions – this may include requesting access, granting access and advising clients through screen navigation.
- Perform "off-phone" tasks supporting HR related functions as directed.
- Assist in identifying areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations and implementing changes. Partner with clients in improving processes by recommending solutions and referrals to policies/procedures, SMEs or contracted vendors
- 1-2 years equivalent work experience prefered & HR Internship experience for entry level job grades
- Fluent English and German/French/Russian
- Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures
- Comfortable using/accessing multiple systems
- Effective use of tools and resources
- Preferably Workday; Success Factors; GWN; SAP, SalesForce (At least experience with HR Systems)
