Pharmaceutical Product Complaint Senior Associate with German
Location: Gdańsk
Major tasks:
- Processing of Product Technical Complaint Cases, including receiving of complaints, entering into internal IT Tool, processing and final closing
- Assigning appropriate initial risk classification after review of all relevant case information
- Identifying escalation needs and notification
- Applying country specific requirements and product specific requirements during processing of Technical Complaint Cases
- Supporting the sample handling and reimbursement process
- Creating letters to complainants and 3rd party companies
- Maintaining interfaces and communication with internal and external call centers, manufacturing sites, Country Quality Units and complainants to obtain complete case information and investigate thoroughly
- Preparing standardized KPI reporting’s
- Ensuring an appropriate documentation, archiving and record-keeping process in compliance with applicable regulations and standard operating procedures
- Providing first support in escalation management and problem solution
- Collaborating with local Bayer QA function and other functions regarding Product technical complaints handling. e.g. pharmacovigilance, logistics and etc.
- Identifying best practices, continuous improvement and efficiencies relating to processes, SOPs, guiding documents, training and technology
- Supporting internal and external inspections/audits by providing subject matter expertise and product and country specific knowledge
- Coordinating and performing trainings as needed, e.g. continuous training of SSC staff and new departmental employees
- Preparing and presenting KPI reports to senior management during routine and ad-hoc Management Review meetings
Requirements:
- Experience in medical/pharmaceutical/biotechnology background
- Customer Focus
- Ability to manage complex situations and escalations
- Fluent in English and German
