Personnel Administration Specialist

Summary
Comprehensive personnel administration service of about 1,200 employees
Responsibilities
- Dealing with staff-related matters (keeping personal files, preparing documents related to employment relationship and its expiration: employment contracts, annexes, certificates, work certificates, according with the labour law provisions)
- Entering data into HR system (HCM) and managing employees’ database
- Managing all types of employee absences, including holiday balance registration
- Managing sick leave process, Paternity leave process with the employees and the payroll vendor
- Taking care of occupational medal examinations, OHS training and employee benefits
- Managing payroll documents with the support of the payroll department and payroll service vendor
- Supporting HR Manager in the field of personnel administration management
- Cooperating with internal payroll team and payroll services vendor on a daily basis
You have
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in personnel administration
- University diploma
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Polish labour law
- Basic understanding of social security and tax regulation issues
- MS Office skills
- Analytical skills
- Experience in working with different HR systems will be an advantage
