YOUR RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Overall responsibility for Managing Director PL and CE Customer Director
- Managing calendars, answering and responding to calls/emails
- Monitoring deadlines
- Managing documentation, data and information
- Organising appointments and managing business travels and team events
- Preparing reports, meeting notes
- Expense Management
- Providing all necessary support on a daily basis
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- At least 1 year of experience as a Personal/ Executive Assistant
- Anticipates and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
