For our client, one of the biggest banking brand on the market, we are looking for a People Support Specialist to join a brand new shared service centre.
Your role would be to partner in promoting and communicating the vision, structures, processes and people changes within business environment.

your tasks
- providing support to managers and employees
- developing solutions and strategies
- validate expenses
- administer changes in jobs and rewards
- develop and drive a talent agenda that aligns with the team's business priorities
- coordinate and evaluate trainings
what we expect
- a good knowledge of Dutch is a must ( level required : intermediate or higher)
- fluent in English
- pro-customer attitude, willingness to support colleagues
- preferred experience in the area of HR, customer service, administration, accounting
- understanding of Dutch employment law would be an asset
- proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- previous talent management and succession planning experience preferred
- working experience with change management, organizational design and operational management
- strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment partnering with multiple business functions
- strong communication skills
