- Executing on a project related with improvements and automation of Aquila/WaRM in respect of the workflow and workload management as well as reporting functionalities
- Performing Aquila/WaRM system analysis in the above aspects
- Collating necessary configuration data
- Cooperating with both technical and operational contacts and SMEs
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance of created functionalities, including reporting
- You will work directly with UK Business Analysts
- Experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis or Business Systems Analysis role is an asset
- Working knowledge of Aquila/WaRM system is an asset
- General technical aptitude, ability to understand the relationship between the system and the business
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced MS Excel
- High level of self-motivation and proactivity
