For our Client, global, fast-growing company from transportation industry, currently we are looking for Payroll Specialist to join their structure.
Your new role
As an Italian Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for end to end payroll and gross to net calculation for company's Italian employees.
Your daily duties will also include ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all social insurance compliance obligations, managing of maternity and family payments and providing advice to employees on payroll related issues.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to speak fluently both English and Italian and possess relevant experience conducting Payroll processes. A high level of Microsoft Excel, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, flexible work style and ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing work demands are essential.
