Payroll Specialist with English

Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience on similar position;
- Fluency in English;
- Ms Office and Płatnik knowdlege (including fluency in Excel performance);
- Recent experience in hr & payroll program (IFS preferable);
- Actual labor law knowledge;
- Accuracy and compliance with due dates;
- Ability to solve problems and prioritize tasks;
- Willingness to learn and self-development.
Main tasks:
- Ensuring efficient HR and payroll administration in accordance with the applicable tax law provision and social security;
- Providing HR and payroll inquiries information to employees and superiors;
- Support in the calculation of remuneration and social security allowances (benefits);
- Preparation Tax Office’s settlements and employees’ settlements in the field of personal income tax;
- Preparation ZUS’s settlements in the field of social security contributions;
- employed under civil law contracts;
- Operation of the working time registration system, analysis of working time data;
- Preparation of reports on HR and payroll data for the internal needs of the company as well as for the management of the Paccor GROUP on schedule;
- Cooperation with the finance and accounting department in the field of payroll settlements;
- Efficient solving of current problems, in accordance with the existing procedures and company policy;
- Active participation in the work of the department, developing new procedures, improving processes;
- Taking care of the proper circulation of documents and communication in the company;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality of personal data (files, systems, documents, programs).
