As a Junior Payroll and HR Administration Specialist, you become a part of our Global Shared Services in Gdansk. Here, you won’t find factory machines or farmers. Instead, you will join over 400 colleagues dedicated to supporting all of Arla with IT, HR, financial and procurement operations. Joining us, you will take part in our mission to make a real difference for colleagues near and far.

About the job
Your primary responsibility and duties will be:
- Taking care of correct conducting administrative areas (Health and Safety, Incentive’s administration, Occupational Medicine)
- Backup in time tracking process coordination
- Daily Internal Clients support concerning HR (first point of contact)
- Overseeing the documentation of employees
- Creating reports
- Securing HR documentation flow
- Cooperating with Payroll provider
On top of that you will actively participate in HR projects and secure high quality level of performed processes.
