Main activities:
- processing payroll according to desktop procedures
- resolution of query tickets raised by client employees as well as by external parties
- desktop procedure update/ creation
- effective communication with clients and co-workers
- ensure high level of customer service professionalism
What we look for:
- Fluent English
- 1 year experience in Accounting
- at least 6 months experience in Payroll or related
- very good command of Excel
- Masters Degree
- knowledge of the UK payroll system will be an asset
- customer service experience will be an asset
